Éric Verdeil

Éric Verdeil is a geographer at the CNRS (French National Center for Scientific Research) – University of Lyon, UMR Environnement–Ville–Société. He is the author of the research blog Rumor (Urban Research in the Middle East and Elsewhere) and has recently published Beyrouth et ses urbanistes. Une ville en plans (1946–1975) (Beirut: Presses de l’Ifpo, 2010).
