Bruno Marot

Bruno Marot is a city planner and a housing consultant. He holds a PhD in urban policy (McGill University), two master’s degrees (Sciences Po, Institut d’Urbanisme de Paris) and is an associate researcher at the Institut Français du Proche-Orient. His expertise and practice cover the financing and governance of urban development, property and affordable-housing production across the Global North and South. He collaborates with various urban-development actors such as UN-Habitat and the Agence Française de Développement, and contributes to the scientific coordination of a research program on social-housing sales in France (2020–2023).
