Kimberley S. Johnson

Kimberley S. Johnson is a professor of urban studies and politics in the Department of Social and Cultural Analysis at New York University. Johnson’s research focuses on race and American urban political development. Johnson, the author of several books and articles, is completing a book manuscript, Dark Concrete : Black Power Urbanism and the American Metropolis, to be published by Cornell University Press.
