Toby Irving

Toby Irving is an organizer, researcher, and consultant in New York City. She currently consults on workplace policies and organizational structure for nonprofits and small businesses, and is a trainer with the Emergency Workplace Organizing Committee. She has contributed to research on policing practices at the New York Police Department for the City University of New York (CUNY) Institute for State and Local Governance, and holds an MA in political science with a focus on urban policy and writing from the CUNY Graduate Center.
