Yousuf Al-Bulushi

Yousuf Al‑Bulushi is associate professor in the Department of Global & International Studies at the University of California, Irvine. He is the author of Ruptures in the Afterlife of the Apartheid City (Palgrave Macmillan, 2024) and co‑editor, with Geo Maher and Damien Sojoyner, of Reading Black Reconstruction Today (University of California Press, 2026). He is a member of the Materialist Institute for Research (MIR) and the editorial collective for Antipode.
